    The cohort starts together with AI literacy, so everyone shares the same vocabulary and guardrails.

    Every participant applies AI to one workflow of its own, with guidance throughout.

    Peer working sessions

    Regular sessions to compare notes, troubleshoot, and borrow what’s working for others in the group.

    Support through to daily use

    Check-ins continue until the new workflow is part of normal operations, not just a finished exercise.
