01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at onomaris.ai (the “Site”), operated by ONOMARIS.AI LLC (“Onomaris.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
02Our services
The Site describes AI adoption programs, workshops, AI Authority Audits, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and related consulting services. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not by itself create a client relationship.
Paid engagements are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information through our forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or related systems.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages through our contact channels.
04AI visibility results
AI assistants and search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews are operated by third parties that independently control how they generate answers, and they change frequently. We work to improve how your business is understood and cited by these systems, but we do not control them and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, citation, traffic level, or revenue outcome.
Audit findings, scores, and examples reflect what we observed at the time of review and may differ when the same question is asked later.
05Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Onomaris.ai name, the AI Authority Index, video, and page design — are owned by or licensed to ONOMARIS.AI LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site pages for personal or internal business reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
Ownership of deliverables created for clients is addressed in each engagement’s service agreement.
06Your submissions
When you contact us through the Site, by email, or by phone, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. If an engagement requires sharing confidential material, we will arrange an appropriate method and agreement first.
07Third-party links & tools
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, platforms, and AI tools, including partner sites in our network. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.
08Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Content on the Site, including blog posts and FAQ answers, is general information and is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONOMARIS.AI LLC and its members, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONOMARIS.AI LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
